There gollian a couple of interesting recipes but the book stunk.
I have tried only a couple of the recipes, but I think this is more to do with my family not liking a drastic dietary change rather than the quality of the recipes. I bought this along with Gillian McKeith’s ‘You are what you eat’ book when I wanted to change the family diet and start to eat a little more healthily.
I make some of the recipes from here and I enjoy them. Prevention No Bloat Diet.
