This work is devoted to simulation of interstitial atom diffusion in fcc metals with point defects. Several diffusion-controlled phenomena, including ionic conduction, grain-boundary and dislocation pipe diffusion, are considered as well. The crystallization activation energies are all less than the corresponding data of ZrCuAlSi alloy, the results show that thermal stability was decreased with the Y addition.
